Drug recovery and the process of rebuilding one's life can indeed be overwhelming. The journey is marked by moments of triumph and setbacks, moments of clarity and confusion. It was crucial for us to capture the multifaceted nature of this experience in our branding and website UX.

User Journey

We began by conducting in-depth research into the experiences of individuals undergoing recovery. Due to privacy constraints, we faced the challenge of not being able to directly interact with users in the program. However, we leveraged anonymized data, interviews with VRP staff, and existing research to gain insights into the needs, challenges, and emotions of individuals in recovery.

UX Design

Despite not being able to speak directly to users, we crafted user personas based on anonymized data and insights from VRP staff. This allowed us to empathize with the diverse experiences of individuals seeking support. We focused on creating clear navigation paths, intuitive interfaces, and empathetic interactions that catered to the needs of users without compromising their privacy.

Design with Compassion

translated VRP's brand identity into visually compelling digital experiences. We carefully selected colors, typography, and imagery that conveyed warmth, comfort, and resilience. Consistent design elements were implemented to enhance usability and reinforce VRP's brand identity, ensuring that the website felt welcoming and supportive to all visitors.
